  I will not use software that I can not make general ledger journal entries in. I was advised QB Pro was more user friendly for what I was looking to do with it, and it was more reasonable in price than Sage. I could invoice on Excel and enter expenses there as well maybe even more clearly , but keeping payroll up to date is important as a union company where the unions audit every 3 years.
